I contacted inquiring about an APU after seeing their billboard. From the initial call I knew I'd be purchasing a unit from them. I financed my unit and that process was just as easy. They were able to get install set-up within 2 days (minus the weekend) when I arrived at 0800 they were eager to get started. I filled out a couple of papers pulled in the bay and they began. They explained every aspect of the install. My installers were Justin and Micah. These 2 guys went above and beyond to not only do a quality install but also made sure I knew how to operate system, service intervals and etc. I highly recommend this business.

Not sure about the cost But I do know that they are really good at what they do APU 's so the $ really dont matter
Take it to them. They are miracle workers when it comes to APUs. But if they can't fix it they will let you know and have you take it to the manufacturer. They are honest people
