I went in to get my nails done on a Monday. I got a gel Pedicure and Gel manicure. The lady who did my nails was nice enough. I received my bill and it was $83! Which I was very confused about because it just was not adding up. Nonetheless, I paid and tipped generously. The very next day my gel polish was lifting and chipping. I called in and they told me to come in the next day when they opened. I came in and explained what was discussed over the phone and immediately felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Three separate people examined my nails and the chipping, which was clearly visible. One of them tried to blame it on my actual nails, and the other stated that gel doesn't really last long. Well I've never gotten a gel mani or pedi that lasted less than 24 hours before. They started speaking in their language after I showed them each individual nail that was chipping and told me that they would fix it but if I wanted the gel removed and reapplied, I would have to pay for a whole manicure! I literally had to travel an hour back to the salon to rectify a service that should have lasted at least a week. They made me feel like I was lying or inconveniencing them the way they talked and looked at me. I was super kind and respectful and was being made to feel like they were doing me a favor. The nail tech who "fixed" my nails, didn't even remove the polish. just buffed the surface and reapplied another coat and top coat, which clearly did not fix the underlying issue with the nails to begin with, but instead provided a temporary fix for the day. It is the following day and my polish is chipping and lifting once again. I know this is not everyone's experience but I had to share mine. I feel like, more and more, these establishments could care less about satisfying and properly servicing paying customers and that is not okay because I don't have a magic genie in a bottle dropping stacks of cash whenever I ask. I actually have to work for it. So if I spend it somewhere I expect at least some respect and quality work. A waste of $100 for sure. I am not and will never go back there again.

Darren is my go to nail tech ever since I first got my nails done by him. He’s kind and has patience we work together to make our own designs for my nails every time. (I can be very indecisive)Everytime he does my nails I get so many compliments. 💅 The pedicures are good too and it’s real for a reasonable price with fast service.

The lady who did the pedicure did not do a great job! She didn’t scrub the back of my feet and when I told her she said she did. Wouldn’t use them again.
