Nice an clean. Just needs a playground for the children so there not playing around others houses. Lots of R.V.'s and populated mostly by retirees and familys with children. Absolutely no fences, pools, or Hot tubs allowed in this park, as well as no room for Semi-trucks to park. Lot Rent is decently priced and the landlord is very friendly, easy to deal with and understanding. Literally all it's lacking is a playground area for the parks Family's/Children

Wouldn't live here myself, I visit my family here, only reason I come here, there are nice people and not so nice people but you are going to get that anywhere

Never had a problem with the land owner but he let's his brother keep up with the park and he is the cause of a lot of problems, he doesn't know his place at all and it's no stretch to say he doesn't know common courtesy or respect

I would rate it zero Starz if I could, this place is Horrible the landlord and his brothers are very rude people, and very threatening they have also raised the rent price and keep on doing it.

You have to own your own trailer or rv, it is 200 a month in lot rent, plus utilities, you are allowed to have pets
I pay 200 currently. In my experience the owner is fair, reasonable, kind, and involved. The area is clean and quiet and peaceful.
