Not sure..it is a Senior Citizen Park and most of them are owned. There are usually a few for sale at any given time as people have to leave for some reason. It is a nice park and maintained well. They only own the mobile and pay monthly rent on the space. You can always contact the management group and they could tell you for sure I think.
