Staff is rude and slow. Cashier was eating while slowing ringing up purchases. Items are priced well above retail. Store is poorly cleaned and poorly organized. There is always a long line. I would recommend all other goodwills over this one. Salvation Army 5 minutes away is far and away superior to this store.

I really enjoyed going to this Goodwill and my mother did too, until they hired this rude lady at the front desk. Her black hair is always in a ponytail. My mom has always told me how rude she is and the rude looks and responses she got when she went. Today I went with her to this Goodwill with my little sister too. I was looking through the pants sections with my little sister and noticed her giving us nasty looks through the clothes racks, I didn’t pay much attention to it just kept minding my business. As we were at the cash register to finish our purchases I told my mother she could leave one of the pants I had chosen out because I didn’t want to buy it anymore. Usually when a customer doesn’t want an item they hand it to the cashier which they kindly take and put it somewhere near to place back on the racks. My mother doesn’t speak English to well so I translate, but she told her she didn’t want the pants and was handing them to her which she proceeded to ignore even though she obviously spoke loud and clear enough. I decided to tell her myself that we did not want the pants anymore to which she replied and shrugging all annoyed and said “ok?” making shooing movements to put it behind us somewhere. I place it on the rack right beside the registers where purses are hung and she says “it doesn’t go there” at this point I’m pretty annoyed with her attitude and rude gesture so I reply back “yes it doesn’t, that’s why I was giving it to you.” She gives me a nasty look grabs them and throws them where the bags are then says again “it doesn’t go there you could’ve placed it on the counter or something.” Once she’s looking at my mothers clothes to scan a couple minutes, later my mother asks her if the pants where 50% off because she was making sure the color of the week was right. She snaps back all mean “Well are they??” I tell her “We’re making sure that’s why we asked.” She finishes bagging the clothes then we pay. She still decides to have the audacity to say “Have a good day!” With a big smile after being so rude, probably hoping to cancel out her rudeness, which obviously did not work. I know I’m not the only one that has run into problems with this lady. Many of the reviews I read on here are complaining about her too, either she needs to find a different position to work or change her attitude to customers. I’ll be glad to let anyone reading on google before going to know how rude she is. Don’t expect to be going back often to this store.

The people working at intake are extremely rude, and decide to not accept items that the website states will accept. I will be finding somewhere else to donate to.
