I lived here for 5 years, one of the original owners. And what I can say is,, Location Location Location. The appointments and amenities here are top notch. The neighbors were fun and we enjoyed many parties and had weekly pot luck gatherings at the pool. Anyone thinking of buying here, you cannot go wrong. I loved the time I lived here.

This is a great place to live. The location is perfect: walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The suites are large and have wonderful views of the bay and city skyline. Public transportation is at our door step. The amenities include a lap pool, spa, barbecue area, fitness center, lounge and guest suite. Management is efficient and friendly. The Board of Directors are professional and hard working. We have a very pro-active president who is concerned with the well being of residents. The building is kept spotless and the security staff gives you a feeling of safety. You could not ask for more.
