Lots of bad looking mobiles...many homeless wondering around...Would never go there at nite. Used to be better,don't know what changed. Things being stolen off your front porch while you are watching tv. Management seem to do nothing.

Each lot as a different space rent depending on the size of your lot. I pay 550 approximately. Also included are your water sewage and trash that's why it's an estimated amount every month but on average mine is 550
I'm not Shure but I can tell this it a great place nice homes grounds are very nice ducks ,pond, recreational facility, quit, people are nice, easy access to freeway,schools are close by, I would give this park a10. No doubt

No restriction on size, but certain breeds are not allowed to include pit bulls, German shepherds, rottweiler, husky
Thats kinda basically what the willows do contact the management they will be able to answer all your questions i do know they don't allow sub leasing if thats the right term
