You can't legally sublet a mobile home in CA. There's also a credit check: You have to earn over 3x the lot rent per month or show you have the funds to sustain rent without work.

No. Family friendly as lon as you pass background checks.
You can not rent trailers here. Everyone here is a homeowner, we rent the space.
It varries from month to month because the PG+E ,water, and garbage is all included .But the base rent is 583.00
