Worse management that I've experience in my 30 years in business. The manager had my car towed away in public parking, without a sticker, or giving me notice (verbal), when she knew what mobile I was in. I'm one of many. She tends to favor her "own kind", her quote. The company doesn't return emails, or calls. Not a place, you want to rent from. Don't take my word, but don't say I didn't warn you.

The management is awesome. they are really cleaning the place up, since Christy and Priscilla took charge it seems like everything is getting better. I've been here 22 years I've seen the park good and bad now it's better. The management team and the maintenance professional are very easy to talk to and get along with, and they try to do the best they can at solving whatever problems that you may have concerns with.

They did allow dogs. I had a Chihuahua back then. We took him for walks every day seeing other animals in the park. I do not remember seeing any pit bulls although they could have been behind someone's fence and gate. There are a few rentals there. They were 650.00 a month plus bills too. They are like 1 bedrooms. Small
Yes they rent rv spaces by the month if you want to live there they also have storage for rv's
Yes pets are allowed but im sure there are rules that apply but im not sure about Rent to Owning.
In 4 seasons,once the whole park had an outage and it wasnt anything that was pg&e. The owner has to call service company because it's considered private property and not city owned property. It is rent controlled inside the park which keeps the housing costs down compared with the rest of Fresno. I felt safer living there than in the rest of fresno. It's a fairly nice place to live.
In Fresno there's really no short term places most of them want a month she might be able to park it in your drive way if you have a house
I was at Four Seasons a few days ago. They have about 4 spaces available.
I believe they would still have to apply to live in the property. You might be the owner of the propert but the lot is theirs.
454.00 for space then u pay water and garage and elect and yes there's rentals and some for sale
