Can I buy a home there and rent it to someone? Are there any requirements for my tenant that the park has to approve or because I'm responsible for the space, is that all that's required? Thanks

I believe they would still have to apply to live in the property. You might be the owner of the propert but the lot is theirs.

Renters do have to apply and be approved by the park. Even if you are buying a mobile you must apply and be approved by the park.

The park was recently sold and I believe that they are without a permanent manager right now. There are renters across the street from my mom's home, but I know they have to follow park rules.
