The mobile homes are mainly individually owned. They also don't always publicly advertise homes for sale. If your interested you should take a drive out there and mingle with the folks. That would give you an honest answer.
Has the pet policy changed? My dogs are outdoor animals and are huskies. Willing to fix them and do my best to house train.
I knew someone who lived there in her RV and caused no problems. However, they allegedly were trying their hardest to find a way to kick her out
That's news to me. I've caught crawdads down there since i was a kid. There are several bum encampments that have made it their dump/toilet though.
