What a welcoming community! Manager, maintenance staff, and residents are all friendly and helpful! Fresno Mobile Estates is a great park to reside in, despite the issues I have been having with the company of my newly installed mobile home.

I’ll share the good and bad. Feels safe, nice pool and laundry on site if needed. Friendly neighbors, nice new manufactured homes. Cool maintenance man Tim. Bad, Manager is very flaky, u can’t get ahold of her for days, even after vmail and emails…Unless ur rent money is due she is on ur a$$! Discrimination against disabled people needing place to live with their caregiver. Over priced small space fees for what u get and they keep raising the price. Threats of being fined if ur bikes aren’t properly lined up 🙄. No on-site landscapers so u are going to have to hire lawn movers or buy one urself. Not enough dumpsters for everyone’s trash and far to walk if u aren’t located right by it to bring ur trash just so it won’t even fit in the dumpster. Was very hard to sell my home that was there because of the cons. Definitely won’t be buying there again.

The manager at Fresno Mobile Estates has truly made this a five-star experience not only did she help us expedite our move in and got us in and such a fast time that she saved us a lot of money and then on top of it she made the entire experience easy comforting and reassuring. She is exactly what you look for in a rental manager because she's doesn't constantly badgering you but also make sure everything's taken care of and it properly fashion and make sure that the part is well taken care of and nice and clean. By far the best experience that we've had with any property we believe it is the nicest property in Fresno and it's so well taken care of and they're on top of everything so well that everything is a smooth transition and you feel comfortable in every transaction and every decision that's made and they're willing to work with you on everything and she's so helpful with all the information that she has pretty much I would recommend this place to anybody especially in the times we're going through when customer service isn't a thing anymore and they proved that wrong here because customer service is a thing and you are taken care of and they do help you so if you're looking or are wondering if this is a place you would want to live we have high standard and this place meet every single one by far and the nice thing is is the property spaces are actually pretty big compared to others sorry for the long review but this place well deserves it especially their manager for all the effort you put in and the guidance that she's given we can't be more appreciative and grateful. Also if there's any mistakes in this it's because I'm using speech to text and we all know how that goes LOL.

I recently moved here and the move couldn’t be more easy. Although there were some hiccups, they were easily resolved by Ana, the park manager, and the manufacturer of the home. I’ve already recommended a few family members to live here because this is a friendly and quiet park. All in all, I would recommend anyone I know to live here.
