Posting without link in on my TikTok same name PaisliePanda. TL;DR: I was mocked by crew members who recorded me, a manager took a photo of me and my cars license plate, and same manager blamed me for not receiving my food because I used the mobile app, and later another manager didn't seem interested in this atrocious experience. Absolute worst experience at any McDonald's I've ever been to and has impacted me so greatly I don't ever want to visit another McDonalds. I will post a link to a recording of this experience as I couldn't believe it even happened. On October 29th, I utilized the mobile app to place an order, as it's intended and created use, and parked in one of the areas to wait for pick up. After 12+ minutes my app shows that my food has been delivered, however, I had nothing in my hand. I didn't have the code posted at the top as it disappeared once I "received my food." I couldn't recall the numbers/letters as I experience challenges in memory and dyslexia. I explained the situation and after speaking to an associate who said she couldn't do anything without the code told me to wait for another associate to better help me. The next lady who answered had me review what happened and proceeded to inform me that "this is [my] fault as [I] was using the mobile online" order system and that if I would just speak to a human instead then this wouldn't have happened. I was floored. I will be the first to say that the customer isn't always right lol but that boggled my mind! I used the app to attempt and take some stress off of having to stop and speak to me, also anxiety lol. I told her as calmly as possible "ma'am, I'm not sure how you're trying to tell me this is my fault as I was using the system that was intended and I just didn't receive my food." She told me to stop screaming (which I was not screaming) and calm down. I began to record the experience as I didn't believe anyone would believe this experience. Once I got to the next window I had a gentleman tell me he didn't know who I was, or what I was there for so I once again calmly explained the situation. He shared that he had to get a manager to help- I requested to speak to another manager on duty that wasn't who I spoke to last- he said there were several there and shouldn't be an issue. However, the same manager came to the window visually upset and huffing so loud I heard it before she arrived at the window. When I asked if she was who I spoke to she said yes and to just pull up my McDonald's app, as she was seeming to help and I did as she asked and showed her the order and verification of pay but she then asked if I could pull up my bank account. I noticed my phone stopped recording when opening an app and I decided to start recording again which is the link posted below. When I pulled up to the 2nd window I was met with a different associate who had their phone out and saying look at this because I'm "dumb as hell." I was shocked at this incident as I was transparent in my own recording and not malicious with my intent. Additionally, before I noticed she was mocking my experience I can be heard commenting on how I just found out my grandfather was bedridden, and I just left the vet regarding a liver issue for my sweet boi which was made for a very stressful day. While this happened the same manager stepped out of the locked building to go outside and take a picture of my license plate number, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as that was an inappropriate thing to do a customer as it crossed several boundaries making me feel unsafe. I ended up finding someone houseless named Nick to find my order to as I was so disgusted by the experience I couldn't bring myself to eat what they prepared. I called customer service the next morning unable to sleep that night, and when another store manager spoke to me he asked "but did you get your food?" I said yes....but asked if he'd like to hear me out....nothing was done and i requested the "free meal" go to someone houseless. Horrible experience.

No sense of urgency or peoples time. Suppose to be fast food. Pre ordered and still had to wait 15min. Would of been faster to go drive through to place order. At least they have no choice to get ur order ready.

During a graveyard shift early hours or late tonight young lady manager was working and complained right from the very start and she started off by saying what they "don't have", then gave us cold fries ( hesitantly she warmed up more fries) her attitude was horrible however I'm sure she has better days ahead. Deer midnight manager ma'am oh, your smile looks so much better then the scowling look as if you are all bunched up. Smile more often care a little less and have a great day. With that I think that's the formula for your success sometimes people get too involved in the windup living a bad attitude and we wouldn't want that would we? And if you don't like working at McDonald's try one of the automotive thrift shops or 7-Eleven they may be in your future thank you

Honestly I didn't know what I was eating before, but now it's unrecognizable. They jack up the price for a small chicken sandwich with hot sauce mayo? Employees are excellent in terms of service, just not making food.
