I was driving on the I95 and one of their construction cones was in my path. As result my vehicle was damaged. They are refusing to pay for the damages. Horrible customer service. I, as well as others, could have been injured or killed. There has to be some type of recourse for this lack of empathy and accountability.

No. I have never had that problem at Masci. As a matter of fact, l don't have anything bad to say about the place. I love and treat the people l work with like family, Leo is an awesome boss, the office staff is amazing. Just like with any job, you get what you put into it, in my opinion. A positive attitude, some common sense, and a strong work ethic works wonders.
