They have good vegetable and somethings…. But…You have to be careful with the packed of seafood, all of them the expiration date is from 2 month ago 🥲 you don’t have fresh products and they don’t put the price tags, you always have to ask or if the tag is for sale you have to take a picture of it, because sometimes when you going to pay the price is no the same as the sale one.

This Keyfood cannot give rain checks on items after 5PM, according to the manager on duty at 6:41 today, 9/15/22. He says only the day manager can give rain checks. After he leaves at 5PM the office is closed and he can't do it. What nonsense since the store is open until 9PM. Poor customer service!

9/22: Dominican run supermkt, still have non-union cheap, barely speaking English staff. Their security person is not very effective. Whites are not stopped when clearly stealing. Food choices doesn't cater to the neighborhood. 2019: It's okay. And it's the only large supermarket within walking distance. Their prices are high because they accept WIC and other aides. Which makes it extremely unfair for the working families. Due to new management, their employees are non-union cheap labor who barely speak the English language. They did maintain the same foods once new mgt took over.

The Briarwood Queens staff & especially the cashiers are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional, since the were taken over by new management several years ago. half the lights in the store are always off. Quite the opposite at their other stores.
