You cannot get a appointment. They don't answer the phone, return messages or emails. You just have to show up early. They are actually pretty easy to deal with in person but no other way
You need to have the proper paperwork from your veterinarian. They have a formal form with the requirements and then you take that to the usda to get it certified and stamp for travel. No calls nor appointments work. You just have to be there bright and early right when the open to get in before the place packs up.
You need to have an appointment. Sometimes they help you.
