No way to make an appointment, no one answers, the useless guy at the gate doesnt let you in if you dont have one. No way to make one online, no way they’ll answer the phone. Still waiting outside for the third hour being annoying. Not leaving until they let me in!!!!!!

Never being there would like to visit there one day soon. SID

I went looking for assistance for a shipment I got going out of the country and they helped me with references which they are not supposed but they did. Very grateful and they were very nice about it.

While you are here only one month, there is no problem traveling with the same documents that you entered the country!
Very good service for those who get pets.
It has a cost of $ 38 with debit or credit card, they do not accept cash!
An official paper signed by your veterinarian after doing a physical examination and certifying that the animal is in good health and up to date on all its vaccinations. The document varies according to the country where you go and must be bilingual. You take this to the USDA to verify the veterinarian's signature as not everyone can sign them. I advise you to make an appointment at the USDA because if you can't be there for hours and hours. By appointment, everything is resolved quickly and without being very friendly. Remember, get the document of the country where you go on the Internet if you can. We are going to Spain so the EU is used in English and Spanish. Ah, go no earlier than 10 days because the paper expires. Good luck
You can only ask for your turn by going in person first thing to reserve your turn and that they give you the indications of what you need depending on the destination where you travel. I recommend you be very punctual in the morning.
No
Contact your local veterinarian and he should have the latest information about the new digital certificate program
Hello, the Usadas office is closed, you go to the vet and they do everything for you. have the authorization to do so
It can be done online, but it is best to go from 9am to 1pm when they attend without an appointment and in order of arrival, the recommendation is to arrive early and with all the required documents (see on the website).
For the usda endorsement, it was $38 and you can use a credit card or money order
Hi, you have to go with all your dog's certificates , they are open until 12.00 from Monday to Friday . You dont have to go with your pet.
USDA charges $48 for the endorsement.
You cannot get a appointment. They don't answer the phone, return messages or emails. You just have to show up early. They are actually pretty easy to deal with in person but no other way
What Andrea says is true, although of the 8 times I've used the service, 7 have been by appointment. I recommend trying to make the appointment at 3058762200 as you would have priority.
No. You have to go in person and take the documents from your veterinarian
The procedure to obtain the permit at the USDA is 38 dollars. You pay only with a debit or credit card. And you have to know the mailing address of the card to be used. Why do you put your card information on a sheet that they have there, the delivery at the box office. Another thing I do not know if it will be the same price for the emotionally charged expert. I hope that is your help. 👍😉
If you go there at 7.30am they will take care of you real quick.
I recently did it. You don't nees an app regardless you can try to get one but you will still need to wait with everyone. Don't stress out grave all your papers and get there as early possible. Officials are very professional and helpful. Not worries
You do not need an appointment Arrive early. The process is quick if you carry all the required documents
Turns out the animal import center doesn't handle animal imports. Customs does animal imports. If you call customs they will direct you to animal imports but they direct you back to customs. You have to just show up. There is no way to reach then otherwise
Yeah, I did that and the import/export service doesn't handle handle imports lol. It only handles exports. Customs handles imports.

They have many parking by the side of the building
Is better to call before and make the appt for next day or go very early , they open at 7.30am and close very early 12.30pm best choice be there at 7am and be the first or the second and go home early and please don't do it a date before to get the trip please
I don't know exactly, but I think they wouldn't open.
