Go at 8:00 am with the vet certificate that you need in your country to enter the puppies. No need reservation. Only go early without the dogs can not enter the animals into the building. They only review the vet certificate (s) and seal them. It is the only way to address puppies. the procedure is delayed aprx. 2 hrs
