Torresdale campus is the biggest and busiest campus we have i would suggest that next time you go there keep checking in with the triage desk , that being said please keep in mind that youis assest based on priority meaning that you are stable and dont have life threatening injuries in the back of the er there is people who might not make it I completely understand you dont want to hear that you not a priority and i understand that this does not make you feel any better but please know that the doctor's and nurses are doing everything they possibly can th get to you
There is always a long wait in the ER unless you have a true emergency. I've learned to go to other ER's with broken bones, kidney stones, etc.. However you have to realize ER's are for Emergencies. Not a headache that you have for 4 days, back pain you had for 3 days, etc... that's what PC Docs are for. You could also use Urgent Care however most up here in the NE are awful. You would be better off going to your pets vet.

That's pretty much any hosp. You go to now. The phones are addictive, and everywhere.
Next time go to bucks campus if u can.
