I would give less than one star but it doesn’t let you. My appointment for an MRI was at 2:15pm. It’s currently 3:40pm— when I asked what was taking so long they say they’ll call me in 20minutes. I am not having any understanding why they give specific times and always take their time. This department sucks— I have another appointment (a zoom with a CRNP at 6pm)… I have to get home in order to keep that appointment. Every time I come to this department, they take their time and always claim to be running a little behind. It’s always at least 2 hours when I have an appointment here. They have horrible attitudes. Nobody has time to sit here all day but this is what they expect you to do while they lollygag. We,as patients, are already stressed out because we have a medical issue that needs to be addressed. They stress us out even more, making us wait a whole hour and a half past the actual appointment time. My thing is— they need to call patients if they’re running behind. I had to take an entire day off work for this appointment. Why?? Because Temple is notorious for making any appointments into all day affairs. This is unacceptable and something should be done. This has been happening for years. And they have the nerve to cancel your appointment if you’re late.

Yes you do you need a letter from a doctor stating that you need one
It's on the 1st floor b zone . Room 110 is for x-rays and b180 which is on the other side is for mamagrams. I hope this made sense and thus was helpful. Blessings
You have to call 215-707-2000 to get that info. There are a few dept's in radiology and you will need to know which one. When you call they will direct you to the dept you wish to contact.
