You know it’s a shame i have to leave such a low star for this place, the doctors, nurses and even the people who take my car for valet parking are absolutely outstanding and extremely kind and caring. it’s the front desk and people who check you in who need to be fired. i have never and i mean never experienced such terrible customer service in my life from a place that takes patients with life threatening medical conditions. when i walk in, i’m asked what i’m here for in a rude manor, givin a sticker, and wasn’t told anything more. went over to check in, and was told to just walk through and go to the basement. had no idea or direction from the front desk. the next day i arrive i come in and get my treatment again. upon leaving the lady who checked me out(again the people at the front desk) and validate my parking ticket says my parking ticket apparently wasn’t properly validated (the nurse did this part when i was with her so this wasn’t the nurses fault or mine. the first day i arrived my parking ticket was fine and the same as the second day i came meaning there wasn’t anything missing or not there.) i was then told i had to go back downstairs after receiving my radiation treatment and get my ticket fixed. i asked if she could just do it for me as it’s my second day of treatment and wasn’t feeling well at all. then both the security guard(both ladies)and the lady handling my ticket both getting loud with me and both became extremely rude to me. saying this is “NOT THEIR problem”. i told her and i quote “so you want me the sick patient to go back downstairs and get my parking ticket “validated” she says with no hesitation “ yes, correct”.

The neuroscience staff is horrible Woman called to schedule an appointment for me for a procedure I said I had the flu She said well. Call when are ready I said I don't have the number end of conversation That was Monday Found the number called Tuesday no call back Called Wednesday so far no call back Apparently there is only one person who can schedule this and she has another job Thursday I will be calling and speaking with a manager smh
