I've recently was that the emergency room at Jefferson Northeast and admitted. The ER process leaves much to be desired but they care I have received there not once but twice has been exceptional. I am a retired nurse so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to outstanding nursing care. People are very quick to complain but not to give a compliment when it is warranted. Despite a disorganized ER the hospital and staff is second to none. My compliments to all the staff there. We say they are heroes but we do not treat them as such. Signed Linda George RN

Worst hospital in the city waited 6hrs the staff was rude and unprofessional and the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been clean all year

Had a bad receptionist. All I ask was the phone number for a specific department and she speak too fast for me to keep up and she was about to curse at me angrily since I was I couldn't keep up with what she said.

There's different units on the 4th floor but the floor includes ICU, DIALYSIS UNIT, AND OTHER ROOMS
Yes if you need to see a Dr there u can make an appointment online. You can also get online healthcare due to covid-19. Just Google frankford Aria and there is a link, for online care, just above the address. But u can also click on the link for the website and on the main page is a link to make an appointment.

They used to have some of the old building architecture in the lobby but Jefferson "modernized" the lobby last year and took it down. It also did away with an old grandfather clock that I don't know if it was from the old hospital but it was there since I started to work there in the late 90s

If you want to be treated properly, and in a professional manner, do NOT go to this hospital for any type of Medical Services. I recommend getting on the L or driving to University City to go to HUP at 34th and Spruce
