I have only ever heard bad things about this hospital including abuses by doctors, nurses, social workers, management and other staff from countless neighbors over the course of years. This place just causes trauma.

8+ hr wait for the ER…probably understaffed…had to leave, staff that was their were nice though

That is the worst hospital in the world I wouldn't send nobody there the secretaries and emergency room in the emergency room is horrible they have no experience with customer service at all they have no secretary experience you don't answer the phone with your name you supposed to say hi hello this is Mercy hub to hospital or whatever can I help you none of that they call you by your first name and then they just ask you questions they all need training on how to answer the phone
I was escorting a patient there. I did not see a testing site at this location.
