No customer service , literally spent 1 hour driving to see their selection, I asked them to help me with a selection since they have a a lot, instead, they stood there, probably praying so that they would not even bother…When I was driving around to find a parking spot for over 20 min, I saw the sales person playing with his phone the whole time. Terrible management, Terrible people!!

Worst customer service. I biked there and got lost, went to the wrong side of Wisconsin Ave. I called and asked for direction and told them that I am running late for my appointment. They would not take me when I got there. The 14th street location is much friendlier.

Our comprehensive eye-examinations are $74.00 and include an eye-glass prescription. Our comprehensive eye-examinations that include an eye-glass and contact lens prescription runs $139.00.
Hi Teel, we accept flex spending cards and HSA accounts, but we do not take insurance directly. All our receipts include insurance codes for submitting for direct reimbursement from your insurance company.
