I dealt with this company when they contacted me about a contract position in my state of Arkansas. I interviewed for the job and was offered and accepted the job. I was offered one rate of pay and when I said I needed health insurance (because the job was advertised with NO benefits), the rate became $5 less per hour. I couldn’t live off that and didn’t pursue it. They finally relented and offered me a rate closer to what I needed. I had to move my start date back a week due to being sick the week I was to start the job. During that week, I had a second interview for a job I had interviewed for 2 or 3 weeks prior, and that I initially thought I was not going to be chosen for. I was ultimately offered that job and chose to accept it over the contract job. The pay and benefits were better with the non-contract job so I would have been stupid not to accept it. When I let the people at VTech I had been in contact with know I had another job, the manager, Shweta Jain, was VERY rude to me and rather than just accepting me taking another job she had to call me and try to argue with me. I had e-mailed someone else at VTech to ask about the health insurance and about cost, when it would begin and who it was with, and I was told I would be given that information the next day after I sent the e-mail. I wasn’t and still didn’t have it when I sent them notification that I had taken another job. Dealing with VTech is THE absolute worst experience I have had with a contract company and I would encourage everyone to not deal with them.

The staff is personable, and every effort & care was given to prepare me for the role for which I would be serving (supporting the federal client, Railroad Retirement Board). I have received two messages on my answering machine that says I have 24 hours to cancel my subscription of $399 or it will be charged to me and nonrefundable. I have no idea what V Tech is and have not ordered. Figured it was a scam and didn't call

Scam. Always call the bank to make your actt# is not compromised.

I received a voicemail saying my account was going to be charged $299 unless I called back within 24 hours. What is this for? Is this a scam?

I got the same message It is all scam. It starts from loan collectors,social security office and then v tech.....No one has authorization to charge to your account but you. Remember don't call them. It is a trap to set you up so they can collect your personal information and bank account. Never give out any personal formation!!!!! Stay safe.
