So before I start, I just wanted to clarify that I’m posting 1 star not because I’m angry/upset, but because I’m just disappointed. First, we had reservations at 7 o clock, and we weren’t seated until 7:30. When we were sorted out, we were instructed to take the elevator upstairs, to which we had to wait another 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we waited a long time for a server to reach us. We also had to ask for the wine menu. When our drinks arrived, all but 2 had received theirs and that took a long time (we were a party of 8), so we couldn’t even toast until everyone had a drink. One of our steaks was cooked wrong so we had to send it back. There was a whole item on the menu that we didn’t even order, so we had to wait even longer for the right order. Food was average. I had the dry-aged filet and honestly, I could have made it at home by the way it tasted. Also, the knives were dull and not serrated which was weird..it felt like a workout just cutting the steaks. Maple carrots tasted plain. Mashed potatoes were dry. Our server never checked on us. When it was time for the check which had been split 4 ways, it was like everything was just slapped on there randomly. And then the server gave us an attitude when we politely corrected him. As millennials, we understand the struggle of being a server but come on, it’s not that hard. It was just so surprising because the establishment claims to be a high end restaurant, but that’s not what we experienced. We thought the place to be kid friendly but there were no changing stations. On the subject of restrooms: the paper towels were more like fast food napkins which if you know, melts into your hands pretty much. It was a Sunday night that was slow, but we tried our best to be patient. We just expected more out of a place where our bill was $1,400+. Positives. We were able to keep the item that we didn’t order. The calamari was really good as well as the dynamite shrimp! The moscato was tasty too! Also when we ordered shots of the buffalo trace, we were hooked up with double shots. The dessert was good. We had the mousse and the butter cake. Thankfully, it was all good company and we were there to celebrate an engagement. However, we will not be returning. Thank you for your time.

Steak was amazing but my filet was undercooked and had to send it back. My expectation when paying those prices is perfection but we would definitely return.

Our server was excellent and jumped in to open our wine after the sommelier just left a bottle at our table without opening it. The bathroom looked like a war zone. Food was good, but if our waitress had not been so service oriented and willing to help, our dinner experience would have been much worse.

A great Sunday night dinner! I was flying solo and was delighted that they have a beautiful selection of half bottles of wine! They also have a scotch list of dreams!

Yes, there is a Valet park. The parking space usually cost between $7.00 to $25.00 per person. To get there and spend time there, you must save $30.00 for longer period of stay for convenience.
Here are all the details. Great place. https://delfriscos.com/steakhouse/washington-dc/menus/nye/
No, but it is highly recommended. It is very popular
Business casual. No ripped jeans unless you want to sit at the bar
They may say yes for a fee. Like how restaurants do a corking fee for wine.
Amazing Food.....
They have two bars. Menu has two dinners the rest is a la carte
