If you have an infant I would recommend going elsewhere. We've had checkups where the Dr. Didn't even touch the baby. Is it convenient because it's in town? Yes. Do yourself a favor and add 10 mins to the drive and go elsewhere.

If you have all the time in the world great I had a appointment and my daughter did also at 1:30 at 245 I went up and asked what was going on got told dr was over a hour behind. Scheduling Dr visits and them caring is a stretch the front desk ladies want all your health info and a background check before you can talk to a Dr or nurse it is ridiculous. Edit I got another appointment they waited till 10 min from the appointment time and canceled on me to be perry!

Dr. Ellen Sinclair is great! I would recommend her to families living in Ottawa, KS. She's a very knowledgable, friendly and caring doctor. She's fantastic with children.

Dr. Simmons was wonderful! When our previous PCP refused to see my 2year old that was currently having an allergic reaction after we had already been to the ER and an express care, we were able to get in on the same day with Dr. Simmons! He was very attentive and never made us feel like just a number! He seemed to truly care about the situation and wanted to come up with a solution and quickly! We will be going back later this week for a follow up and we are excited for the change!
