If you are not an existing customer they are rude and offer no help unless you are prepared to buy and activate a phone that day. They lost me as a future customer because of this.

Colton and the gang took great care of us. They explained we had an incredible trade in value on our old phones and helped set up our new phones. And, they were really cool about our little kids being goofy in the store. I recommend them over a regular Verizon store in the KC area any day because they always have time for their customers.
