Potential customers BEWARE we've had our RV sitting on their lot for almost 3 weeks for warranty work to be done. I just contacted Forest River and they still haven't submitted a claim to them for some very serious problems (roof and shower leaking, bad finishing in general dirty smudge marks on the slide out ceiling, edges not meeting, screen doors not opening when level during hot or cold). This was purchased as a brand new RV 10/31/21; not from this dealer. And the owner said Forest River will probably not cover these issues but he'd be glad to fix them and bill us. I just got off of the phone with Austin in the owner relations dept. of Forest River who said they will fix everything but the first thing is a claim must be submitted to them and he found nothing. We put everything down in writing in-detail and went over all of it with the service manager almost 3 weeks ago, this Friday. We can't get anyone to call us back.
