Saw a few old people trip and fall over their mats at the entrance. Must be very expensive to replace. I think the receptionist might want to care about the oldee patients and not just their pay checks

I see Dr Fabbro at the Dublin location, but most recently at the Grove City location. Dr Fabbro is very knowledgeable, friendly and discusses many options with me for treatment, which I appreciate. Though, the supporting staff is literally terrible. At my last visit, her assistant could not give me the names of drs Fabbro recommended for an outside treatment, a phone number to call or the address, and she didn’t bother to ask Fabbro again; she simply said she couldn’t remember the name and didn’t know how to spell it. Not helpful at all. The front desk is always confused about what is going on. I can NEVER get a prescription filled on time with them and it has been sent to the wrong pharmacy SEVERAL times even though they’ve told me it was corrected in person and over the phone. I literally just got hung up on by a woman named “Shelly” and I do not appreciate it at all! I had to call back because I was not even finished asking questions. There needs to be serious improvement because the customer service is terrible. I am so tired of having a constant battle to get needed medicine or even sufficient help. Dr Fabbro is great but she desperately needs a better team to fit her.

This was my first time at this new location since they changed offices. I'll say that this new facility is about twice the size of the previous from the waiting room to the exam room. I had a 3:30 pm appointment, I arrived about 3:25 pm and was called back to the exam room in under 5 minutes. I spent about 10 minutes talking with the nurse to update information and then there was about a 7-10 minute gap from the time the nurse left until Dr. Hines arrived which in my opinion is pretty fast as far as a medical practice is concerned. I know there have been some negative reviews and talks of long wait times but that was certainly not my experience and maybe I just got lucky but was very satisfied with my recent visit!
