After not going to the doctors for over 2 years, I finally decided it was time to start going again. I was referred to Dr. Laure Weaver by a friend, and that couldn't have been a better recommendation. She is an incredible doctor who I am happy to call my new physician. She was very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about, and I felt very comfortable trusting what she had to say!

I have never seen such a rude group of people in my life! I had to start seeing a new doctor as mine at Riverside Medical left the practice and they had no one who was accepting new patients. What? My dr leaves and you have no one in your office for me to transfer to? SMH I called Lourdes on Shippers Rd in Vestal, NY explained that I needed to get a new Primary Care doctor. Well...guess what?...they have no "doctors" accepting new patients!! What the .......? I would have to see a NP. Ok..whatever. I made an appt with her and she referred me a Dermatologist . I waited for almost 4 weeks before I had to call to see what was going on! They FINALLY made the referral (because you need a referral from your doctor or you can't get an appt unless you are a current patient for 3 months out!). I called the NP office and explained that I could not wait 3 darn months to get into a freaking Dermatologist...I needed to see one NOW! The Nurses Assistant said that their scheduling was out of their control and the there was nothing the NP at Internal Medicine could do. WHAT GOOD IS A REFERRAL IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3 MONTHS TO GET IN EVEN WHEN YOU ARE HAVING AN ISSUE THAT NEEDS ADDRESSING NOW??! I'm not even going to waste the keystrokes saying what her reply was.... UNBELIEVABLE!! RUDE...RUDE...RUDE. I'll be taking my records back to UHS. Thanks for nothing Lourdes!

This facility is a joke. It takes over a day of calling to try and speak with someone I’ve been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 4 hours!!!! 4 hours and not a single person to answer a phone!! I just need to cancel my appointment... not to mention the staff are very rude and don’t care!!! My first appointment at this facility was and 8 am appointment the first one of the day for this doctor and it took them 20 minutes just to call me to the check in desk and then i stood there for another 5 minutes waiting for them to boot up their computer. Then i had to wait 30 minuets for the doctor... if you want good, professional and compassionate care just go to a UHS faculty for all your needs.
