This facility is the rehab & physical therapy branch of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. If you do need a specialist for that condition, I would definitely recommend the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. It is a fabulous hospital. They have specialists in any field you can think of. It is located at 34th & Spruce. Give them a call. I'm sure they can help you. Good luck.
