Rip off. Power button sticking. Asked if they could clean it or repair it. Was told they had to run a diagnostic test on it to see if it was covered by warranty or service recall. She then said it probably won't be covered because it's over 4 years old. Got called back and told it would be $525 to replace keypad. I said in that case I'll live with the stuck key, after all it still works. Then I was told it was $79 for the diagnostic test. I asked was it really necessary to run a diagnostic when we already knew what the issue was. She insisted that it had to be done. B.S. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to get a computer repaired

Had my keyboard switch with a new one due to sticky key issues with a quick turn around. Came in Monday morning and got my MacBook Pro by Thursday afternoon. Seems like the new owners have really turned this place around from the looks of the past reviews. Will definitely be recommending this spot to friends.
