Hi, I made a trip today to Lowes's , store # 2655 (Moore, OK), looking for a rainbird sprinkler head to replace a broken sprinkler at home. I went to the lawn and garden department to see if I can find the sprinkler head that I am looking for but, all I had found were the sprinklers that you attatch to a garden hose. While I continued searching for a sprinkler head, I saw two employees socializing with one another. When I approached them for help, one of the guy employees decided to ask, if I needed help with anything so, I told him that I was in search for a sprinkler head. He didn't bother asking me what kind of sprinkler head, and just told me to look by where the garden hose are located, (which I already had looked on that isle a few times), then proceeded to talk to his coworker. I was annoyed and dissappointed with the lack of customer service so, I proceeded to look for the sprinkler head by myself which ended up being inside the store. After I found the rainbird sprinkler head replacement that I needed I went to self check out to pay for my item. As I was walking out the sliding glass doors, I found a blue women's wallet on the ground by the doors. I picked up the wallet immediately and I tried to turn it in to one of the cashiers. As I was walking up to one of the cashiers to hand him the wallet. I tapped on his shoulder to try to get his attention but, he ignored me. So i tried to get his atttention again finally he turned around with an annoyed attitude and I told him a customer had lost their wallet. He didn't bother looking at me and didn't say anything grabbed the wallet and sat it down. At this moment I really don't know if I would want to go to Lowe's anymore. We usually go to Lowe's for alot of our house repair needs. I have 10 + years of working in customer service and I understand at times you will have customer's that aren't the greatest. I really think this store needs to work on having better customer service for sure because you never know what people are going through. Do better!
