I absolutely adore this shop, this is my favorite new find of the year. I searched around online looking for a shop that would have everything I needed. I wanted to be able to purchase my supplies all in one spot and Wild Knits had every single thing I needed including the exact yarn brand and color I wanted. I think it was the owner who helped me while I was there and she was wonderful, very helpful and attentive. I felt like the shop was really family friendly too, which as a Mom is something I always appreciate. They also have one of the nicest little loose leaf tea collections I’ve seen in town which is a huge plus. Wilds Knits has gained a new loyal customer, we love it here!

I stumbled on this shop while on vacation and it is fabulous! The owner, Holly, welcomed me and offered help right away. The shop has a lovely selection of local yarns highlighted. The selection was excellent, and she also carries books, patterns, notions, tools and tea! I spent a wonderful hour among the yarn, and only wish I was local to stop in more often!

This place has a five star rating for a reason. It's located just outside of Salem's downtown and is absolutely beautiful. All of the different types of yarn are arranged by size and color. It's so pleasing to the eye to walk in and see them stacked on all of the shelves. The store has a little sitting area for classes as well as a shelf of tea that you can purchase. There's also a lot of really beautiful helpful books on knitting and crocheting. I haven't knit in a long time so I purchased one that is just a bunch of different stitches that you can use to make dish cloths. I'm hoping that it will help me get back into knitting. The owner is really helpful if you have any questions. she helped me pick out the type of yarn and needles that I would need for the project I was going to be working on. I highly recommend you visit the store if you're in Salem.

Love Salem's newest yarn store! They've got a wide variety of yarn weights and brands, including some tried and true favorites like MadelineTosh, Manos de Uruguay, and Cascade, as well as some I'd never seen before. Along with yarn they've got a great needle selection, and a good selection of notions/stitch markers/accessories. There's space to sit and knit, and the owners are super friendly and helpful!
