Service for towing was quick and they sent me a tracking link so I was able to be out with my car at arrival. Very nice worker and also sent me drop off verification for my vehicle. Fee was decent for during rush hour and in a downtown location. I definitely would use this company again!

My van broke down in Salem and we had to get it back to Albany so we just happened to call B.C. Towing and they got someone out pretty quickly and it didn't take long to get the car hooked up and on our way. The tow guy was really cool and very nice. We had 4 young kids with us and he was really nice and patient with them. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys for all of your help. :)

I was extremely impressed with the service of this company and the skill of the tow truck driver. Their customer service was polite and they were able to get a driver out to me within the hour. My street has an island in the middle of it making it extremely difficult to back a tow truck into my driveway and hook up my parked vehicle. He was flawless! My car also struggled going into neutral, he quickly overcame that hurdle and then quickly pulled my vehicle out of my driveway. He was professional, funny, and skilled. Highly recommend.
