We've left the line 3 times in the last month because they are so slow. The first time we sat in line for 15 minutes without moving, the traffic light changed at least 10 times and the same car stayed at the window. I don't know if they are short staffed but for fast food they are definitely missing the mark

Initially I hit 2 stars as the wait seemed excessive in the drive thru, though that really wasn't fair as the Wagyu burger was quite good! Who knows, maybe they were short handed that day, too.

It would be great if they actually had their correct business hours. I've gone four or five times around 10:40 p.m. when I get off of work and they're closed. Today there were even cars in line that I got behind and I got to the window to order and they said we're sorry we're closed.

Decided to stop by and try their new Wagyu Burger, but was told they did not have any patties thawed out. This is at 5:40pm mind you. Oh well, lost my business to Wendy's this round. They do a nice steakhouse pub burger. Let's see how many times I have to go back to Arby's before I can actually try their new Wagyu Burger.

Arby's does not deliver. However, they could be in grub hub or maybe an Uber driver would help you out.
