Despite the mistake on my end, I found the customer service was very rude / unhelpful or willingness to help solve an issue. Rather than actually taking time to investigate an issue, they will straight up decline and treat you as if you're a piece of dirt. I do think staff need to be trained how to handle conflict or any type of customer inquiries. What a shame this establishment is still open, if you read the other bad reviews it's true! Run for the hills and do not go to this USPS, IT gives the entire company a bad name but it's just this location.

Simply terrible!!! Lost my package with very important documents. It still shows in transit for the past 12 days. I have mailed this documents from the post office and paid extra for a tracking number and they are no where to be found. Never made it to its destination and nobody is responsible for such negligence... And talking about my mail carrier very clumsy loses mail, packages, and delivers mail at 11PM. I filed a complaint already cause I'm tired of getting my mail in the middle of the night.

As a small business owner who drops off packages every week I am so thankful for this post office! I appreciate all the work from the staff because they are doing the absolute most for everyone and to get the line finished as quick as possible. I just got the application FROM THE POST OFFICE THEN took the picture at CVS you need your ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE and i BELIEVE it's $160 and mine came in about 2 weeks.
There isn't an outside mailbox, however there are inside drop boxes available when the lobby is is open.
Passport book for an adult cost $110.00 For the Card its $30.00 The book for minors under the age of 16 is $80 for the book and $15 for the card. This is the pricing for Routine Service with a return in 6-8 weeks . If you need it back within 2-3 weeks you'll have to pay the Expedite fee of $60 more. For this location you need to go online at USPS.COM to get an appointment to have the Passport processed. There is a fee of $35. Payable by Cash , Card or check. The fee for the passport needs to be check or money order. Payable to the Department of State.
