Look people....just because you don't get a receipt isn't a good enough to rate them low..when you purchase online you are getting a DISCOUNT RATE.. I VE witness when customer are picking up parcels that have a incorrect weight or have use commercial base pricing that do not qualify to use. Receipts. You see the receipts on the floor all the and the clerks out cleaning the office up. Cmon give them a break. It's called click n ship. Not click get a receipt and ship. That why the discount comes in....think about it. One lady I saw have 50 Plus parcels she wanted a receipt...she demand a receipt. The poor guy had to scan every SINGLE one. The clerk GAVE HER A PAPER RECEIPT, what ironic, this brought additional attention to the parcels she had she brought. The parcels were under WEIGHT. I notice the clerk putting them on the scale and writing the correct weight on them . POSTAGE DUE. ...she didn't even say thank you. The clerks are required to not give receipts tjen can scan them but there is a limit too.. this in turn does not create long lines. The real complainers are customers who wait to buy ONE STAMP... cmon NOW BUY TWO ...THERE ARE PARCELS which are sent 1 st class and it weight 10 pounds !? Missing parcels ...the clerks do not delivery parcels only apply postage Dah. These workers really take a lot of verbal abuse from customer day in and out. I seen it. They should close it down and I bet they wouldnt complain Anymore. I seem them gather the parcel walk over and drop them in those orange carts. What else can they do. Get signature confirmation or additionl insurance if that if you concern. since it was sooooooo expensive like say you. You just trying to get two items for the price of one. Bottom Line ...all of you who DONT get there way are nothing but losers. They exploited Yelp. And simple LIE. Why... because they didnt get there way.. .BOOM....... RIGHT. Who else can do what they do. U.S.P.S is not perfect and what company is?. Look ask them and they maybe more willing to help ....right? I have witness the clerks fill out forms for the elderly, assist customer with the tools they have been given, and foremost is information. My understanding they remain open for us even when they had employees out sick with covid 19. Let's cut them some slack And stop bringing your pets in....do you allow pets in you place of business.?

I am a seller online and for protective purposes I request a receipt. I come to this location once in while for sporatic orders coming in. There was no long line nor a massive request of help on the window. I understand the prepaids can be just dropped off, bit I have too many instances packages get lost and dont get scanned in. Some I jave not gotten any reimbursements. For my protection as a seller I request a reciept and for the lady I saw for the first time to tell me how to do my job is absurd. She was so rude and told me if you want a receipt go to the Alameda location. Don’t get me wrong, I like the other workers and have not had amy problems with them requesting a receipt. Just this lady was very rude. If your location has specific rules, you guys should post them. Im only going into that location because my business is a couple blocks away and I don’t want to waste my time going out of the way to another location. If you don’t want to do your job and complain to the public about your job, then it is not fitting for you to be at the window serving the public. I hate to rant, but respect and understanding goes both ways. Please do reevaluate your position and at least do it in a matter people don’t feel attacked for wanting protection.

I recommend going with the younger staff they are much more friendly, i go almost everyday and they do at times complain when i have 20 plus prepackaged drop off(you can ring a bell in the back to drop off if the line is long get quicker service sometimes) . Still they should understand that this generates massive amounts of revenue. If you are picking up a package be prepared to be there a good 30 or more minutes since they at times will rather tell you that the package was shipped out then try to look for it, if you get trouble just keep trying.

When I went there to pick up a package, that had been given instruction to be left at the post office for myself to pick up, a clerk insisted it was not there and was delivered. The clerk made every attempt to suggest I report it stolen from my house and not bring up I went to the post office to pick it up. When I checked with my delivery person the same day I was told it was left at the post office as per the instruction for the package. So I had to return the next day to pick it up. I was happy to see the clerk the next day watch another clerk walk back and find it immediately. I did not say anything more because I was just happy to have my package. That said I was very disappointed with the service and makes me question the postal worker.

Anyone standing in your property is good enough without signing. I'm waiting for a special delivery. Postal service won't ask for signature on stringent packages.

I was wondering if you're open for passport walk ins on Saturday's? the reason why I ask, is because I've gone to multiple locations on Saturdays saying that they don't do passport services on Saturdays even though online it says other wise.
