The laziest usps employees. The lady's literally take forever with every customer. It has been like this for years. I'm not sure why they haven't change their employees after so many bad reviews!!! They are rude and unprofessional specially with the latino community. They really need customer service training!!!!

USPS is doing bad and I usually ship UPS but decided to try USPS today and its really bad. Long line, one worker only, working really extra slow. Why can't service be fast, efficient and convenient. It's LA, Angelinos are busy I'm trying to ship one package and been waiting for 30min. This is ridiculous, I'm in my lunch break.

They are the WORST!!!! NEVER EVER, EVER go here - you’ve been warned! The workers are NOT helpful and the manager, Mary, is not only super RUDE. but also combative towards clients. They screwed up my P.O. Box and change of address and then blamed me for following their mistakes. Kindergartners could do a better job than these folks - I mean really mean that. Terrible place!!!

Extremely bad customer service👎👎👎I waited for over 15 minutes in line to end up getting told (I could not have a confirmation receipt of my package being send). I explain to the cashier clerk that I have done it before another post office locations and she replied by stating... well go to the location then. We do not provide confirmation receipt package. Had to drive to another post office location about 15 minutes to be able to receive a confirmation receipt of my package. If you can avoid this post office is worth driving the extra time. The other location was very quick, I waited a couple of minutes in line to be help and I was provided with the confirmation receipt package send.

Our hours are 8:30 - 5:00 pm (weekdays) and 8:30-2:30 (weekends)
They close 2 pm Saturday
Do you have tracking information? Also alot of people confuse USPS with UPS see what tracking company mailed your package,track it down, then address it to the proper shipping company. If you paid extra shipping and it did not arrive when promised then address this to the company you purchased the item from. Always track your items!
I'd ask the staff at this post office, inform them of your concerns that you have. It can be any number of reasons.
