The hotel has excellent service. Everyone was thoughtful, kind, and helpful. Everything is spotless. The lighting in the rooms has slide switches. The bar has great atmosphere. There are lots of plants and comfortable seating. After a long stressful day at Cedars Sinai I was so thankful to be sitting and lounging in the outdoors. The hotel is very unique with all of the plants and lighting. The pool area has many plants and great lounges with partial privacy. You need to just go there and don't stay in your room.!

This was by far one of the best Hotel stays I have ever had. The service is to notch and the people are incredibly friendly. The room was incredible. Very clean, very organized and welcoming. I have to personally thank Alec Joes for providing excellent customer service. He made sure my lady and I were well taken care of by his staff. I would advise anybody to come to the hotel. They will ensure that you have much needed hotel stay exceeding all expectations.

Paid a small fortune for a suite, top floor, overlooking Hollywood Hills. Sofa bed was terrible/old and the blanket they put on it should have been thrown out years ago! The living room itself is pretty small. Bedroom AC wouldn’t keep the room cool, but the room is large with a great view. The return vent right over the bed had about a 1/2” of dust on every slat! Bathroom lighting horrible and has the ONLY mirror in the whole suite. It’s to the side of the room with a wall right behind you so you can’t see anything below about your waist. Ridiculous for a hotel of this caliber! Food selection is minimal and very expensive. The one plus is the hotel staff. They were wonderful! I’m on a fixed income but splurged to take my granddaughter on vacation and was so disappointed!

Wow, I mean what an amazing staff! They’ve made this stay so perfect. The only downside was that during the stay there was no option for a drink by the pool (bar not operating there) and the spa was closed but it is understandable, goes under renovation. The room was great, the location perfect, nice room service, the cleaning lady did a fantastic job. Totally recommend

I think a cardigan will be fine. This is Los Angeles and its starting to get hot. Its really warm in the day time so a cardigan will keep you from getting sunburn. Its light and breathable so you wont overheat but enough to keep you nice during the crisp evening. Have fun during your stay and have a safe travel!
