Great experience whit my passport appointment. My appointment was at 11am and I did not have to wait at all. The lady named Simone took care of me in the best way possible, she was fast, polite and very nice. I was done in about 10 minutes.

Lots of terrible reviews for passport service but we had a great experience. We made an appt on USPS.com and arrived for our appt with no issues. We were able to apply for a new passport for my daughter and renew my husband's passport during the same appt slot. We worked with someone named Simone and she was kind, patient and helpful.

was at this post office this morning on. 4.22.2022 at 10:10am and received the absolute worst customer service from your employee at the far left window. read my yelp review for details. i would like someone from management to reach out to me ASAP regarding this interaction. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I work in customer service and over my dead body would any of my employees treat a customer that way.
