Possibly the worst postal service in the country. They’ve lost my packages three times!! The first time they lost my package, found it miraculously after about a month. The second time they lied and said it was dropped but was not scanned (someone didn’t do their job right) but it turns out they put it in a return pile without checking. Apologized but said there’s nothing they can do because now they can’t find the package anymore. The package was sent to me from overseas! The third time I didn’t even deal with them. Contacted the seller and asked for my money back. Absolutely abysmal customer service where the employees along with the manager take no responsibility. I’m forced to think they are doing this to me on purpose or only hire monkeys with no brain. Seriously the worst!!!

Horrible service i had apointment for passport for two minors they missed school my husband and I missed work i got there manager told me appoint were cancel nothing that i can do about worse custumer service ever apoint was sched one month in advance

I’m a Poshmark seller and the postal workers were trying to sell me the flat/priority boxes. I’ve never been charged at my home location but because I was working and wanted to send it out as quick as possible, this was the closest location to where I was working today.

I have had 2 packages lost at this location. One was something I sold, which means I had to reimburse the buyer AND I lost the product, and the second time was a return to Nordstrom that never went anywhere. I again lost the money AND lost the product itself. The line here is always incredibly long, so I went to the last window to leave the boxes each time, which is a common practice. Now I know I cannot trust that my packages will be processed in a timely manner here.
