Many misplaced and lost packages, no customer service, no response when contacting them by phone or email. Extremely slow and short-staffed. Longer than an hour wait times to find a package, or find out it’s not at that location. Carriers never attempt to deliver packages and always leave a non delivery slip in my mailbox telling me to go pick up there.

Called this office 6 times due to delivery issues - not once did they pick up the phone to provide assistance. Now I see why the reviews mention this post office as the ‘worst one’. They just don’t care and refuse to take responsibilities on their faults. Now I have to go in person and perhaps wait over an hour at a place with only employee parking. Shame on you USPS.

The package drop box has been broken for a year. You have to leave your packages on the first counter window if you don't want to wait in line to get it scanned in. The parking lot is always full even if there are only 2 people in the lobby. Not my favorite post office but it is my closest...

“when you want something expensive thrown on your porch and stolen, you want the US Postal Service.” they often leave packages in incorrect locations, they often leave packages in nonsecure locations, they typically ignore online redelivery or pickup requests, they do not answer the phone or email promptly, and their solution to every issue is to tell you to come into the USPS location during the brief hours they are open. really terrible customer service overall. there are A COUPLE of delivery people who are lovely and follow directions, but they do not represent the majority of employees affiliated with this location.

Yes.
Thru the Informed Delivery app or website.
You need to ask them directly. This is a review site like Yelp.
It saids on the tracking number. The zip code of the post office.
No, requires an appointment and paperwork filled out beforehand. Fast though if you have all that already.
Return them to the post office.
It is best if you go to 1825 N Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027 as they do walk in applications call before going. This facility on Cherokee the staff is very unprofessional and rude and will not do passport applications even though there website says they do walk in.
