I never like to give bad reviews but im tired of always coming here & I always get bad attitude from the women workers that work in this location. They are so rude ..I never say anything back because i dont want to get on the level but another thing ive notice is they are always lazy, simply to get a receipt for a polymailer i need to ship out they send me to another location, if they dont want to do their job why even work there!! im so disappointed

I havent had any issues with the postal employees here one of them is an older black lady who is no nonsense kinda woman just be respectful towards her say please. Thank you etc and always say yes ma'am no ma'am she will respond to you more positively. Unfortunately alot of these post offices are running with a skeleton crew..

It really is unfortunate that the government rather keep bad employees rather than fire them. Once they're employed a year and a day....it's impossible to get fired. It doesn't matter how badly they do their job, how rude they are or even if they create major problems for people. They can't be fired or have their pay reduced. In fact, they get raises every year. There are no consequences for anything they do so they don't care and honestly, there's nothing anyone can do about it. Very unfortunate.

As every other review says. I came in patient and polite and could not get away from them fast enough. Just rude and unprofessional. Had the nerve to say God bless baby as I was walking out the door but when I was at the counter handling our transaction they were talking to each other and didn't greet me when I said hello, when I said thank you, nothing. Unfortunately this office is walking distance so I'll probably be back but will definitely lower my expectations so I don't take any of the bad energy with me from there, they can keep it.
