I use this place as my work bank for company I work for, so I rarely go inside but you don't use the drive-thru teller multiple times a month, always friendly smile, when I bring my kids day off for them a piece of candy as well, always a good experience great banking institution

I thought it was only a particular branch that had issues. Turns out it is more than one. Horrible customer service. They are more concerned about quotas than customers.I will be closing my accounts.

Yes. They will give your money back right then. Then they will check into what happened and if indeed you did NOT say someone could use you account then they will leave your money where it is.
