This location has serious systems and staffing issues. Past Sat AM (6/18) drive thru was backed up @ 10 deep. , All I wanted was a couple burritos and coffee so figured it would be faster to walk in......ooo sooo wrong. Of 4 self serve kiosks only one was working and I was #5 in line to input order. Lobby was filling with so many customers waiting to place orders it was impossible to line up in a logical queue, a young man then came up front and chaos'set in. I stuck with my screen and when I finally reached the point where I could place an order it shut down. Poor kid up front needed some nature support from management...none to be gound

This McDonald’s continues to hold the title of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Between the cold, thrown together food, to the group of employees behind the counter chatting away, cussing, and ignoring customers at the front counter, I’m surprised the owner of this place or corporate hasn’t addressed the numerous issues that plague the restaurant. This specific visit I was also greeted by overflowing garbages, no napkins, and not a single clean table in the entire store. The poor family that sat next to me waited 25 mins for their food, only to be given the wrong order. I had hoped things had improved since the last time I visited, but it has only gotten worse.

This location has an interesting definition of large fry! The whiteboard visible from the drivethrough window advertises their lofty goal of 62% positive survey reviews; my suggestion is they try filling the package more than 62% up

Worst service ever. Ordered 2 spicy Mc chickens, received one and was told I only ordered one on a buy one get one free? Then preceded to be told I one ordered one what? There where 2 people in the car. My fault how? There will be no next time. If you offer people the buy one get one free you should honor it. Not make the person feel like it there fault.
