I just had my first ever tanning experience at Desert Sun and it was overall amazing. I got a spray tan and she walked me through the whole process. The tan turned out amazing! I got an awesome deal for it being my first time. I highly recommend.

Keyra was so horribly rude! My girlfriend and I were coming in as first time customers, and Shelby was kindly helping us out. Then, Keyra came in and started rudely explaining the terms and conditions. She was also using a lot of very unprofessional words, and was acting as if she owned the place (which even if she does she shouldn’t treat customers like that). She also barked at us to wait, when my girlfriend was pointing out the membership packages to me, she wasn’t even talking to Keyra. Keyra also kept acting like we were trying to break their policies. She kept yelling the terms at us, and acting as if we didn’t hear her the first time.We also brought our own tanning bed lotion, that she barked “no” at, before even checking what it was or the ingredients. Trying to get us to buy their overpriced lotions with the same ingredients as the one we brought. My girlfriend and I ended up going to the smokey point salon and had a much better experience. They were very professional and actually looked at our tanning lotion and ingredients before saying “yes” or”no” and guess what? They allowed us to use it there . Shelby was very helpful, but Keyra made us uncomfortable to be there. Try smokey point, they’re awesome there.
