Worse Experience ever... I paid for certified mail and 2 days later I received the mail back to my house. Staff were unable to explain why I received MY MAIL back to me... I requested a refund because my mail was not delivered. I spoke to the supervisor and she refused to give me a refund. Yet unable to explain why I received the mail I paid to be delivered.. what a shame worse experience

This location is horribly understaffed. Prepare to wait far longer than you could have imagined. I do not blame the employees but rather I blame the entire funding system for the USPS, which has been deliberately sabotaged by the current Postmaster General, Louis DeJoy. Major changes are needed on a institutional level.

Stone Cold

The worst post office in LA. They don't deliver your packages to you if you live in apt. So you have to come down here to retrieve your items, and there's usually a line of people waiting for their boxes while one person takes 15-20 min. to find your box. They've also lost my packages numerous times, and claim they were delivered. The post office is a joke. Use UPS, or FedEx instead. Or buy a mailbox. It’s (2019) and I’m still dealing with same BS to this day. I hate this GOD DAMN PLACE.
