Wiltse round 2: still exceptional service! I got locked out of my car this evening and they were there in less than 30 minutes to help me unlock my vehicle(got told 45 so I was very pleased to get a call 27 minutes after I hung up). It only took Jeff about 5 minutes or so to get my car opened and we were making jokes the whole time! I definitely recommend giving them a call for any of your towing/unlocking needs! Really great service! I needed my car towed to the mechanic, they worked with me on finding the best time to get it there. They were right on time to pick up my car and they were friendly and professional! Got my car hooked up and gone within a few minutes. Their prices are great too! $80 for a tow anywhere within salem and I believe he said $50 for things like tire changes and lock outs. I definitely recommend using these guys for your towing needs! Great service!

I got in an accident and couldn't find my car. When I called them they were very respectful and professional. I needed to be authorized to get things out of my car and they have me a couple different options to do this sooner so as to save some money on fees. All in all quick and efficient thanks guys

Alexia, Thank you for your question. I apologize any confusion. Our services are available 24/7 365 days a year, although our office is open 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday excluding holidays. After hours a driver must be dispatched to come to the office for releases. That being said, it is just like a call after hours but a discounted cost. Drivers are paid by the call after hours. There is a sign in our window giving our number and information regarding after hours pick up. I will see what I can do to make it more clear on google. Sincerely, Wiltse's Management team
